At EPI Construction, we believe the best way to understand what we do is to see us in action. That’s why we’re excited to introduce Behind the Build, our brand-new video series that takes you onsite and inside the action on our construction projects across Southern California.
What is Behind the Build?
Behind the Build offers a candid, up-close look at the projects that are shaping our communities. We feature the experienced team members who bring them to life. We visit a different EPI job site periodically, and speak directly with our team in the field to learn about the project scope, construction milestones, and the real-world challenges and wins that happen along the way.
Here’s what you can expect from each episode: a spotlight on a current EPI job site, an interview with the project manager or superintendent covering key progress and day-to-day operations, insights into the project’s timeline, scope, and upcoming milestones, and dynamic, authentic footage that captures our teams and the work in progress.
Meet the Team Behind Episode One
We kick off the series at Pressman Academy in West Los Angeles, where our superintendents Rick Geissel and Mike Jacobson are leading the construction of the brand-new Mercaz middle school building. This project plays an important role in expanding educational opportunities, and we’re proud to show what it takes to bring it to life, from concrete pours to classroom framing and everything in between.
